As of May 1, 2025, cancellations made five business days prior to a scheduled appointment will not incur any costs. Cancellations made with less than five business days, but more than two days prior to an appointment will incur a 50% charge of that day's scheduled treatment. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of that day's scheduled treatment.
